What is the order process like? What does ‘Made to Order’ mean?

Since BLits is an indie game developer, we don’t have the ability to maintain a large stock of physical products and distribute them out worldwide, but we still want to release them to our fans around the world!

For body pillows & pillowcases - what this means is that when you place your order, it is added to a list that we send to our manufacturer twice a month, on the 1^st and 15^th of each month! Once the manufacturer receives this list, they will begin making the item just for you! The manufacturing process can take up to 3 weeks but is often completed much quicker. After the item has been completed, it will be sent to our shipment center, where it will make its way to your home.

For art prints -  the moment you place your order, it is sent to the warehouse for manufacturing, and as soon as it’s been produced, it’ll ship to your home! Production typically takes 1-6 days, and shipping times will vary per country, as well as due to the current global pandemic.
